| KBUT Staff |
Although KBUT is a mostly volunteer-run radio station, there is a small but dedicated staff. Staff members handle the tasks of managing the programming, finances, membership, underwriters and events for the station.

Erin Roberts, Program DirectorErin Roberts began working at KBUT in March 2007. After graduating with a degree in Spanish and Biology, Erin stumbled into radio at Radio 1190, a college station in Boulder, Colorado. She credits her beginnings in radio to an argument with a Radio 1190 DJ over who was a bigger Palace Records fan, resulting in a trip to the station to argue in person. At Radio 1190, Erin hosted a show called “Local Shakedown”, highlighting Colorado’s growing indie music and arts scene. After five years volunteering in community supported radio, Erin is enjoying her position as Program Director at KBUT. Except when we go off air at 2 am. |

Kim Carroll Bosler, Development DirectorKim Carroll Bosler has been with KBUT since 1997. As general manager for 8 years, she called bingo, shoveled snow out of the satellite dish, jump started the signal during the middle of many a snowy night and survived a capital campaign. In her free time she managed the staff (all aces) and oversaw the finances (never enough). In 2006, Kim stepped down from the manager’s position to devote more time to her two wild and brilliant children. She is now working part-time as KBUT’s Development Director. Kim also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Community Broadcasters.
