Oral History Project
| Date: |
October 13, 9:30 am |
| Continues Until: |
| Location: |
The Farmer's Market at the Fred Field Center |
| Details: |
First year students at Western State Colorado Universtiy have been tasked with compiling oral histories about the "W" and "N" on Tenderfoot Mountain. We are interested in connecting with the community by talking with local folks about their experiences around the letters. Your stories will be recorded and preserved with the WSCU library. We are reaching out to create a connection with the landscape and people of the Gunnison Valley through the documentation of oral histories and we need your memories to make this possible. If you are interested in sharing your tale, come to our booth at the Farmer's Market on Saturdays, beginning October 13th at the Fred Field Center between 9:30am and 1:30pm or contact Nel Burkett at (970)560-2149 or nelsa.burkett@western.edu.
