Details: National Ag Day is March 19, 2013 and in honor of America's Agricultural Heritage; the Colorado Foundation for Agriculture, the Colorado Farm Bureau, and the Colorado CattleWomen have come together to offer the Colorado Literacy Project.  We are offering agriculture related books and curriculum to teachers across Colorado as well as a farmer or rancher to read it to them in class.  The books are Who Grew My Soup? Beef Cattle an A-to-Z book and Beef Cattle in the story of agriculture.  For more information go to http://growingyourfuture.com.
