Mah Jonng is a game of skill, strategy and calculation that originated in China, commonly played by four players. The game is played with a set of tiles based on Chinese characters and symbols.
Join Janet Farmer, a member of the Crested Butte Friends of the Library and an avid Mah Jonng player, along with other die-hard Mah Jonng players to learn the game on March 21st 7:00pm at Old Rock Library in Crested Butte. To register for an evening of fun and chance, sign-up at the library in Crested Butte at 504 Maroon Ave. or call us at 349.6535. Space is limited. Introduction to Mah Jonng is a FREE event brought to you by the Gunnison County Library District and is open to the public.
