The board holds a regular meeting every other month, and meetings are open to the public.

Jeff Scott, Vice-President
Jeff has been listening to sounds emitted over the airwaves since he was a wee lad, and he has been listening to KBUT's airwaves since moving here in 2004. Like a moth to flame, he was drawn to KBUT's focus on the community, so when asked to be on the Board shortly after moving here, he jumped at the chance. A product designer, business consultant, and tech-savvy super-geek, Jeff has an uncanny ability to think both outside the box and way beyond any shape you throw at him, and KBUT's community is all the better for it.

Christy Kong-Eaton, Treasurer
Christy first moved to Crested Butte in 1993 and has been an avid KBUT listener ever since. Her diverse background encompasses everything from classical dance training to a Wall Street trading floor. She is the founder and principal of Red Lady Capital Management and remains an active participant within the Crested Butte theatre and dance community.

Tricia Seeberg, Secretary
I moved to Crested Butte in 1995 from Los Angeles and immediately got involved with the arts, working backstage for a CBMT production, then becoming a volunteer DJ with KBUT in 1996 or 1997. I started out playing jazz but started hosting bluegrass on the Orange Blossom Special in 2009 or thereabouts. I remain involved with theatre as much as possible. I have a strong administrative background and currently work for Mountain Express as a bus driver and administrative assistant. I am also website administrator for the Center for the Arts Crested Butte. KBUT has been a mainstay for me through the years, and I believe it is one of the most valuable resources in the Gunnison Valley. I’m proud to be on the board and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead for KBUT and public radio in general.

Karah Cunningham
Karah Cunningham has been involved with KBUT since 1991, becoming a volunteer DJ when she moved to CB. Karah wanted to be more involved and learn new skills so ran and got elected for the BOD in January of 2011. She enjoys all the challenges that have come up to keep and make KBUT an exceptional station and experience. Karah particularly enjoys community outreach and fundraising for the station. She plans on many more years with KBUT.

Alissa Johnson
Alissa attended the KBUT fish fry during her first visit to Crested Butte in 2010 and moved to the mountains just four months later. She likes to think that KBUT had something to do with that decision, but she also enjoys the mountain biking and rock climbing. Alissa is a writer, writing coach, and consultant, and the owner and principal of WritingStrides.

Arvin Ram
Arvin has lived in Crested Butte for almost a decade. He has been an on-air DJ since 2007 and continues to occupy the airwaves every Monday from 830 to 1030 pm. He owns and operates Townie Books and Rumors Coffee and Tea House.
