The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) announced recently that the El Nino system largely believed to be responsible for Colorado’s mega winter in 2018-19 has now ended. KBUT wanted to find out exactly what that means in respect to snowfall this coming winter, so we turned to the experts.
