Cottonwood is open, portions still unpaved, expect 30-minute delays

Cottonwood Pass opened for the first time in three years, connecting Buena Vista to Gunnison County. The extensive construction project is not yet completed, with portions of the road still unpaved and one-lane traffic resulting in lengthy delays.
