Moss Wagner, long-time Crested Butte local and KBUT DJ, has just published a new book about his adventures as a young man traveling on a shoestring through Europe, Northern Africa, and India with his traveling companion, Sharon, a backpack, no reservations, and no cell phones. Buses, trains, sketchy lodging, perilous border crossings, and encounters with all sorts of colorful and sometimes nefarious characters – these are just a few of Moss’s experiences along the hippie trail, and sometimes off.
