Live Well, Be Well is KBUT’s weekly health and wellness feature. Host Kelley Dole covers physical fitness, disease prevention, outdoor recreation safety, public health, and tips to to achieve personal health goals.
Kelley has 20+ years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, a physical education teacher for primary school and college students, and at community recreation centers and health clubs.
She began producing Live Well, Be Well in 2014, first for radio stations in New Hampshire and Vermont in 2014, and in the Gunnison Valley since 2018.
Live Well, Be Well airs Tuesday mornings at 8:30 am and Thursday afternoons at 5:48 pm on KBUT.
